Teoksen äärellä voi kuulla ja nähdä orkesterin kulkevan yhdessä eräänlaista salaperäistä taivalta nykyhetkessä, vaikka sävellyksen valmistumisesta on kulunut jo lähes puolitoista vuosisataa.
