Thomas Ospital walks proudly in the footsteps of master organists. Despite his young age, he has stepped into the big shoes of a professor of organ music at the Paris Conservatory and chief organist at St Eustache Church. Ospital has toured extensively in Asia and the United States, but he will return on the first day of the year to Helsinki to celebrate the three‑year anniversary of the Music House organs. The highlight of the concert is Camille Saint‑Saëns' atmospheric Danse macabre – "Dance of Death" – which will be preceded by the clock striking twelve to mark midnight. Ospital concludes his concert with improvisation. Expect skill, intellect and fire.
